By engaging uptodot for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
uptodot provides web development, digital marketing, and related services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Invoices are due within the period specified. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables. uptodot retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
uptodot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
